HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?


Many are made in stock ahead of time and ship same day, most others ship the next day.


DO YOU WARRANTY THE EQUIPMENT?

All boxes will be repaired at no-charge due to any factory fault. We will not replace blown transistors without charge under any circumstances. Items not covered under warranty: misuse and abuse, acts of god and alcoholism..

We do not warranty ANY transistor whether it be in a box or purchased separately. 



DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS? 

We do NOT accept USED units. Any item that was shipped as NEW must have prior authorization from us before returning. These items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer MUST contact us for a return address. Also note the shipping policy listed below.


WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING?

The Customer is Responsible for Shipping Costs on EVERY item. This includes Returns, Warranties and Repair Items. Any unit returned to us MUST be packaged properly before shipping. This consists of 4-5 inches of bubble wrap around the unit along with other packing material, a heavy duty box, and MUST be insured through the shipping carrier. If any item is damaged in transit to us it is the responsibility of the shipper to file a claim with the shipping carrier they used. If the customer chooses not to file a claim then it is their responsibility to pay for the damages. Shipping charges will NEVER be refunded on returns.
